What this site does with your information.

The short version. This website has no tracking, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies. The only information it collects is what you type into the contact form, and that goes straight to my email inbox. It is not sold, shared or added to any mailing list.
What is collected
When you send a message through the contact form, the following is recorded:
- Your name and email address, because I cannot reply without them
- Whatever you write in the message, and the category you pick if you pick one
- The IP address the message was sent from, and the time it arrived, which helps me tell a real enquiry from an automated one
Nothing else. There is no account to create, no password stored, and no profile built about you.
Where it goes
The message is emailed to me and a copy is written to a log file on the server that hosts this site. That log is not reachable from the web. I read the message, I reply, and that is the end of it.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Your details are not sold, rented, traded or handed to a marketing company. You will not be added to a newsletter, and there is no sales sequence waiting for you.
Two companies are unavoidably involved in the mechanics: the company that hosts this website and therefore stores the message, and the email provider that delivers it to me. Neither has any reason to read it and neither is given permission to use it.
Payments
If you pay through this site, the payment itself happens entirely on PayPal's own checkout page. Your card number never reaches this website, is never stored here, and is never seen by me. What I receive is the same confirmation any seller gets: that a payment arrived, from whom, and for how much. PayPal's own privacy policy covers what they do with the rest.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. There is no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics, no session recording, no heatmaps. Nothing follows you here from another site, and nothing follows you away from it.
Two fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's font servers see the request your browser makes for them. That is the only third party involved in an ordinary visit.
The web server itself keeps an ordinary access log, as every web server does: the page requested, the time, the browser's user agent and the IP address it came from. Visitor counts on this site come from that log rather than from anything running in your browser, which is why there is nothing here to consent to. Those logs are archived on the hosting account and cleared monthly. They are never sold, shared or combined with anything else.
How long it is kept
Enquiries stay in my email for as long as they are useful, which for a client is the life of the working relationship and for everyone else is considerably shorter. Ask me to delete yours and I will.

- Ask me to delete it, and I will, unless I am required to keep an invoice for tax
One email does any of those: hello@jazzydigital.com. No form to fill in, no thirty day window, no department to escalate to. There is one of me.
Children
This is a service for businesses. It is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Nothing here is retroactive.
